Hi there,
So far I have been completing the altius FL exams as practice and to build up stamina, but I am looking for any insight with respect to when is a good time to switch to practicing with covid length exams?

Hi Megan! I recommend deferring to your study plan based on your test date. If you're taking the MCAT this year (the COVID content plus a few more passages in each section, so you can use those if you've gone through the work outlined on your study plan and are itching for extra practice.
