I'm not quite understanding how to use the thin lens formula for this question. Do we need to figure out the image distance before using the formula to find the ratio? Thanks!

Figure looks something like this: 3F F Lens

In the above figure, an object O is at a distance of three focal lengths from the centre of a convex lens. What is the ratio of the height of the image to the height of the object?

Aah ok, I'm going to try getting access to the tests for this question as seeing the image would really help.
