On page 213 question 136 asks what the strongest reducing agent is and I believe the answer should be Zn2+ but it says it's Zn. If you could help me figure out how to answer this that would be great,

The strongest reducing agent is the substance that gets OXIDIZED the most. When something gets oxidized, it LOSES electrons. If you FLIP the Zn reaction to get

Zn --> Zn(2+) + 2e(-) E° = 0.76 V

you can see that Zn LOSES the most electrons and has the highest E° for a reaction that produces electrons (i.e. electrons as a product).

Does that help? 😊
