4) I got this question right but I just want to confirm does being "stereospecific" refer only to cis/trans or R/S as well?

22) How can we tell it is intermolecular or intramolecular bonding? Because they are "self assembling" why wouldn't they assemble within themselves? Also, how can we tell it is covalent vs hydrogen bonding. I thought that the COOH and NH2 would hydrogen bond, and that covalent bonds are not a type of intermolecular bond?

24) Does phosphorylation of amino acids with a hydroxyl group like serine, tyrosine, threonine lead to the removal of OH group when phosphorylated?

39) Are 1,4 or 1,6 linkages formed for glycogen?

Hello Moiz,

4) yes stereospecific refers to both

22)
intermolecular = are forces between molecules
intramolecular = are forces between atoms in a molecule
self assembling doesn't necessarily mean assembling within themselves - more by themselves
we are clued into the fact that it is covalent because we are thinking about cysteine bonds - S-S which is covalent bonding

24)phosphorylation of amino groups with an OH will lead to the H being replaced with the P

39) Most are 1,4. remember that only the branches are 1,6
