-You support only half of the prompt, you need to show me that the environment is prioritized ]over the economy.
-You should also explore your examples in more detail
-Again, in your refuting paragraph, your example is just your thoughts about the environment despite showing a good example of the bail outs.
-Your resolution principle is good.

The environment provides the necessary resourses of life: food, water, land, and energy. Any threats to the wealth fare of nature should be given the highest concern when in compared to an economic issuse. Unlike a threat to the economy, any further danger to nature should become the top priority of the world as it can cause irreversible and long lasting damage. The melting of the glacier ice caps near poles of the world is a major
threat to the environment. Increased temperatures from global warming have caused these fresh water stores to release their contents leading to sealife loss and increased coastal floading. This seemingly irreversible process was possible to stop decades ago with the curbing of global warming. Instead, the next glaciers to be seen will be during the next ice age. As per the issue of the melting glaciers, environmental concerns should
take main priority over economic issues because they are irreversible and longlasting.

Even though environmental concerns should be considered at a higher risk compared to financial issues, there are times when this is not the case. Most environmental issues require amples amount of funding to fix. Without a stable economy, there will not be enough money to solve these environmental problems. During the recent economic recession, the concern of stabilizing the worlds economy has take front stage away from global
warming. With a decrease in funding towards solving global warming, its support has seemingly disappeared. On the other hand, the world's economic uncertainty has taken over with full support of governments through solutions like the General Motors bail out plan. This bail out plan gave millions of American government dollars to ensure that General Motors does not go out of business and further destabilize the American
economy. It is clear that economic issues, like a recession, should be given a higher priority to environmental concerns since it is the economy that funds the protection of the environment.

To choose to solve environmental concerns or economic concerns is definately a hard choice. However, there is a strong determinant for this problem. When an economy is stable, environmental concerns should take priority over economic concerns because most environmental issues are irreversible and can last life times. In the case of the melting of glaciers, a problem that lasts for millions of years outweighs most economic problems that last mere decades. However, when the economy is in a recession, any economic issue that can add to this detriment should take priority over any environmental concerns. Similar to the recent economic downturn, an unstable economy can no longer fund an environmental issue enough to fix it. In this case it is more benefital to solve the economic problem so that the environmental issue can be funded.
