Whom ever this may concern,

I was going through the 1001 question booklet when I came upon an independent question that didn't make sense to me. The question is # 883. At the back of the book it says that the answer is B (microscopic blood vessels) but then it goes on to say that cartilage doesn't contain blood vessels. This fact tells me that B is not the correct answer. The answer I feel should be C (peptide fibers). This is because cartilage has collagen. If someone can clear the air on this question for me that would be great.

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,

Yes you are correct, cartilage does not contain blood vessels. It appears that there is a typo in the EK book. The answer is in fact C) peptide fibers.
