The answer for question 12 is B. 307.5 mJ but I have no idea where the "milli"joules came from.

From my understanding, (1/2)(1025 kg/m^3)(150 L/min)(m^3/1000 L)(4 min)(1 m/s)^2 should end up as
307.5 Joules, which is also seemingly shown by the explanation calculations but for some reason, it still says the answer is in milliJoules. Is this a mistake on the answer key?

You are correct that the answer should be C.

It has been updated in the system.
