Hello,
Does T cell maturation in the thymus refer to a naive T cell developing into a mature helper T or cytotoxic T cell? Then do these mature T cells travel into the lymph nodes where they encounter a APC that causes them to differentiate and proliferation into memory cells and effector cells?

Thanks
