Hello, on the Chem/OChem practice set class 2 question 17, I see that in the solution, they got the partial pressure of CO2 to be 0.04 atm (which is close to 4.1 x 10^-2 atm which is choice A), however, it states that D is the correct answer which is 3.4 x 10^-3 atm which seems farther from the answer it got from the solution.

Can you elaborate on why the answer choice is D?

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the catch - I believe this is a typo. As per the math shown in the answer, 2.5/60 roughly equals 0.04, the answer should be A, not D.

I will pass on this information so that we can fix this.

Thanks!

Katt
