Hi Meaghan,

After reading the explanation for the correct answer choice I am still a bit confused why it is answer A. The explanation says that after the idea of communication with professional caregivers is presented at the end of the paragraph, it is not developed further. However, I thought the following paragraph was also about that topic. It discusses how the relative can be helpful in communicating the psychological progress with the professional caregiver and how they can "join forces". I interpreted this all to be an example of option choice A being supported.

Hi Emma! The statement at the end of paragraph 3 states that relatives can search for contact with patients and also feel a need to communicate with caregivers. The author does not explain that any further or provide any examples of what is meant by that need to communicate with caregivers. The following paragraph describes how caregivers can then used that need to derive additional help for the patients, but not why that need originates in the first place.
