Hello,
I am noticing that in the After-Class practice sets and some practice exams that questions are getting very specific. For example, asking what type of enzyme enolase is and about certain steps in the B-oxidation or PPP. What depth would the actual MCAT ask these topics? Do we need to know the structures, names and steps of each stage in cellular metabolism?

For the MCAT I would not bother memorizing the specific details of each step, just understand the concept. Most of the time if they ask questions about specific details it will be in the passage or you can infer from the passage/question. It is unlikely you will be able to memorize every single detail about specific biology concepts, so you should start to practice the skill of MCAT passages and how to infer information and answers based on the passage and questions.
