Hi,

I was wondering if we should know the people who came up with each psych theory, or if we should just understand the theory?

Hello,

I would suggest making flashcards for each of the theories as they are important to know. Usually, you just need to understand the theory and its applications of it. It could be helpful to associate the theory with the creator but not usually necessary.
