1) Autosomal genes are contained in chromosomes #1-22 and sex-linked genes are for the majority a part of the X chromosome.
2) This would depend. Actually throughout time, we have found that a lot of the mitochondrial genes have moved into the nucleus, given that it is likely that the mitochondria is exposed to many reactive-oxygen species from cellular respiration that would result in high-mutagenic rates. Although the theory is proposed, to my knowledge there has not been any proof. So all-in-all, it would really depend.
