Hello,

Did anyone else find this passage (from BioBiochem homework 1) about resistant hypertension on the difficult side?

Does WT in table 1 stand for wild type or aas: tryptophan and threonine?
Also, how exactly to read/understand the different variants in the table? For ex: "W140L" does W140L mean that W was substituted for L in position 140?

When you see WT, it is referring to Wild Type.
For W140L, that's exactly what you are describing! W is substituted for L at position 140.
